I am a Japanese married to an American living in the Mid-West. We have limited supply of Japanese food, at our local Japanese mart, so I have to be creative – Improvising with the common ingredients found at the local grocery store.
I love food! I love to eat, bake, cook (cooking tools are so much fun). Making things with my hands are my way of helping the planet.
I am also an art school grad. and am now a full time mom. I still love creating, and am expressing myself in different ways now like making things for my 2 year old and her friends.
It’s just all about everything that makes my life brighter.
